Confident 3D Printing with materials you already know
The 3Dison AEP is developed to print with industrial materials such as ULTEM resin grade 9085, polycarbonates (PC) and PEEK, which are already frequently used in various mechanical fields of aerospace and transportation engineering.
Builds large, efficient and accurate
The 3Dison AEP is made to build for you. The build volume of this 3D printer reaches up to an impressive 13 liters. Because of its 2GT Belt/Pulley system, the AEP can print with unmatched accuracy up to 25 micron.
Just print; that’s all. The AEP by 3Dison automatically calibrates and levels the print bed and comes with a pre-installed extruder and nozzle cleaning program.
Setup the AEP at any place you like. No special ventilation or facility is required for the AEP to do it’s job as the closed system filters any toxic or unwanted air (smell).

ULTEM resin grade 9085, polycarbonate plastic and PEEK
The 3Dison AEP has been specially developed to print using ULTEM resin grade 9085, polycarbonates and PEEK. Materials already frequently used in industrial engineering and mechanical fields.
ULTEM is already well known in various fields of aero- and astronautics, and literally has gone to space and lived to tell about it. This material has outstanding tensile strength, 72.2 Mpa; meaning that the lightweight ULTEM can withstand stress far better than rubber, concrete, iron, lead and other plastics. To top this all off, ULTEM is heat resistant up to 150 degrees Celsius and flame retardant. With ULTEM you can go from 3D printing prototypes to engineering functional parts with the 3Dison AEP.
Polycarbonate plastic has great impact and chemical resistance. It is therefore mainly used in areas where mechanical strength is needed. Think safety helmets and sporting goods for instance. This material has excellent machinability properties and can be sterilized up to 130 degrees Celsius.
PEEK is FDA approved for food contact and thus is used in food containers, but also in medical devices and in vivo implants. This material has outstanding heat resistant, electrical insulating and static dissipative properties.
CreatorK Software: Powerful yet easy
The 3Dison AEP comes with the easy to use Creator K software. Use this to build, design and print all your 3D projects. It is intuitive and targeted at maximizing convenience. Just a few clicks are enough to make up a blueprint, select the right settings and to print your design. Many settings come pre-installed with Creator K, so you don’t have to worry about temperatures and printing speed. Though you can select all parameters manually if you’re up for it.
